  16. I'm new to C++, using Borland 4.5.

  18. I'm interested in manipulating Standard MIDI file information (not MIDI
  19. playing). I need to swap the note numbers around (transposing) using a
  20. predefined ascii template containing replacement note numbers. The note numbers
  21. are the only changed values in the MIDI file.
